Role the Dice is a creative workshop kit for interdisciplinary teams and projects. Working together brings different thoughts and helps build upon each other's ideas. It provides a way to learn how others work and think, and to challenge our assumptions. The aim of this project/research is to bring attention to essential team roles to generate positive team dynamics and to help teams collaborate better.
롤더다이스는 분야 간 협업을 돕는 팀 작업 키트입니다. 함께 일한다는 것은 다른 생각들을 한 데 모으고 서로의 아이디어 위에 하나씩 쌓아가는 것입니다. 다른 이들이 어떻게 생각하고 일하는지 배움으로써 스스로의 추측을 재고하는 법을 배웁니다. 본 프로젝트은 팀 내에 꼭 필요한 역할 다섯 가지를 사용하여 분야 간 소통을 돕고, 이로써 긍정적인 팀 에너지와 환경을 제안하는 것입니다.
